As a Planning Director at Claydon Heeley, Fiona Blades was frustrated with the lack of research approaches to develop and evaluate integrated campaigns. She set out to change all that, developing TROI (Touchpoints Return on Investment) in 2006 and launching MESH Planning as a communications research agency in September 2006.
