It's quite a responsibility, bringing up kids and running a business at the same time. Nurturing both, worrying about both but loving every minute with both too. They open your eyes, make you feel things you never felt before and help you meet people you never expected to meet. From other parents and business people to kids on the street in a township in South Africa, the kids just go and play, have fun when and where they can. Not a bad motto.

It's a beautiful sunny day with little or no wind, my breath is centred, my mind engaged, my eyes still, looking for movement. A clay pigeon glides through the air, my attention is turned up, the target slows, my shotgun presses deep into my shoulder and against my cheek, as if gripping it were as natural as breathing . I squeeze the trigger and the clay breaks, it feels so easy... a perfect moment in time. But the journey to this moment hasn't been easy - it's taken years of preparation - months dedicated to fixing the smallest of details, every weekend (and every last penny) spent practicing, muttering affirmations on the tube everyday to improve my mental game. My aim? to be a world class clay pigeon shooter

A lot can happen in 24 hours. My favourite thing about travelling is that you never quite know what's coming next. From listening to a group of howler monkeys as the dawn breaks over a mist covered 2000 year old ruin to spending hours waiting by the side of a road in the middle of nowhere while your broken down bus is mended with a paperclip and a piece of string! Planning is all very well - especially when there is a lot to see and do and not much time to do it in - but it's more of an adventure when you just following your instincts and go with the flow.
